The Norwegian Star Cruise Ship in the Panama Canal

In the attached images we see the Norwegian Star operated by Norwegian Cruise Linewith a passenger capacity of 2348 and 1083 crew members enetering the Pedro Miguel Locks in her north bound Panama Canal transit, today April 19 2015. One image is from the cruise ships onboard live cam and the other from the Pedro Miguel Live Cam at almost the same moment. In the background we see the ongoing work of the Panama Canal expansion project.

Coral Princess Cruise Ship Panama Canal

In the attached images we see the Coral Princess, cruise ship owned by Princess Cruises line with a passenger capacity of 1970 and 900 crew, entering the Miraflores Locks this afternoon in her south bound Panama Canal transit. BTW the Coral Princess Cruise Ship was christened January 18, 2003 by Panamanian President Mireya Moscoso.
