In the attached image we see the Seven Seas Mariner cruise ship for Regent Seven Seas Cruises (formerly Radisson Seven Seas Cruises) with a Capacity of 700 passengers and 445 Crew, entering the Miraflores Locks in her south bound Panama Canal transit, today November 8th 2014.
